Features

• Both theory and practice are combined in our teaching.
• Students take computer drawing training courses to meet the current requirements and future developments in the design field.
• Strengthen students’ competitive ability through the graduation design project and participation in mainstream international design competitions.
• Help students integrate knowledge and skills to meet the professional needs of the industry through collaborative teachings with industry designers and internship courses.

Curriculum 

• Undergraduates: There are three modules – spatial design, furniture and display design, and practical construction. The curriculum focuses on students’ core competence in creativity and technology.  
• Graduates: The curriculum is designed to cultivate students to develop international creative concepts, deepen the humanities, and provide a broad vision of interior design professionals.

Learning Activities

• Undergraduates won many prizes both in Taiwan and overseas, such as National competition, YODEX, Taichung A+, Kaohsiung Youth Design, etc.
• Graduates: International Seminars, keynote speeches, and workshops are held regularly.

Internship Programs

• Students work term as interns in related companies to improve their skills, acquire better knowledge, and enrich their experience.

Career Opportunities

• Graduates can develop their career in fields such as interior design industry, architecture firms, furniture industry, and other related fields.
• Graduates can participate not only in government certification exams, but also pursue further study in relevant fields.
• Graduates can continue with further study, teacher education, and other related program in either Taiwan or overseas.
